My favorite plane the P38. I love this model. Awesome quality and carving. The only issue I had was the stand was broken. Probably the postal service, since it had to come out to Japan.

Mahogany Lockheed P-38 Lightning |

I purchased one of these years ago at the local vintage aircraft museum, and was very pleased with it. Consider my distress when I was preparing for a major remodeling project, I accidentally knocked the plane off the mantel. Needless to say, it smashed into a dozen pieces. I thought I was out of luck, but my wife found the Premium Wood Designs website, and there was my plane! We had a glitch with the first one, but it was replaced at no charge and I am as happy as can be.
