I WASN'T TOTALY SATISFIED WITH PURCHASE AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH EXCHANGE. AS A MATTER OF FACT THE NEW PLANE WAS SENT EVEN BEFORE I RETURNED ORIGNIAL. THIS IS SECOND PURCHASE AND QUALITY IS FABULIOUS AND SERVICE IS GREAT.VERY RELIABLE
