Few issues, but they stepped up |

The emails to arrange shipping to Canada came into my junk folder and while that wasn't entirely their fault, it delayed the shipping substantially. They could have called the number listed, instead they charged the credit card and did NOTHING. I had to call after several emails and a month of waiting to find out what was going on. They then informed me that the plaque I paid for was not going to happen due to supply issues on their end so I had to find a local throphy shop to do this for me. They did ship it to me to Canada for the cost of the plaque which was a nice discount on the actual cost but the VTail Bonanza that I received did not have the tip tanks that were pictured on the website. The owner did personally take care of the order and make sure that it was shipped once I called in and apologized for the issues. Overall, the model is beautiful and they made reasonable efforts to rectify the problems, but I would likely search other companies if I were to do this again.
