Have purchased over a dozen models from pwd and will purchase more. One model had a flaw on it and pwd paid postage for returning it and promptly replaced it.  Great customer service, great products with large selections. Researched many other companies and pricing. In my humble opinion, pwd is the best.

engine was broke off the wing. i was able to glue back on ,the packing it was sent in could have better
