I was exited to get the cannon wine bottle holder, it arrived at my house and the box was damaged as well as the cannon, I was disappointed so I made a report to UPS. Within the next day Clark had messaged me about my damaged item and had told me they were shipping a new one out at no extra charge! I am glad to see a company stand by their products and make us consumers happy! I highly recommend them and have let my friends and family know what a great company they are!!!!! I will be ordering from them in the future!
