I want to be clear that the final product and customer service was great. However, the process of getting customer painted models is severly lacking more specifically in the turn around time tables and shipping. A better turn time needs to be establish with the shop overseas and there needs to be a clear understanding of what is happening when the final approval of the pictures are given by the customer to proceed with shipping. There should not be a week long delay between approval to ship and actual shipment. I believe this to be an easy fix and look forward to seeing the process improvements on my next order.
