1903 Wright Flyer August 22, 2015 Reviewer: Paul Cullor, Sr. from New River, AZ United States   The product is quite exquisite.  I purchased it as a gift and the recipient was in awe!  However, the plane did not come with any instructions on how to mount the plane to the stand, and we did break one of the brackets before figuring out how it is to be mounted.  We would appreciate it if you could send us a replacement of one of the "V" brackets. Excellent customer service December 14, 2012 Reviewer: Richard Berger from Melbourne, FL United States   I ordered a wooden Wright Flyer as a gift for my brother. Because of its design I am sure it's a very fragile model. The plane arrived broken which I am sure was caused by the post office, but PWD promptly sent out another. As luck would have it the second one arrived broken, once again PWD sent out another model as soon I wrote to them. PWD has  some very beautiful wooden models and some of the best customer service you can find. I am sure I will do business with this great company again. Was this review helpful to you?

Fit & Finish November 27, 2011 Reviewer: K-Mac from Raceland, LA United States   The finish is excellent. Nicely interperted with wood. The rib effect on the upper wing works well, I wish it had been used on the lower wing also, but is still an excellent rendering.  The V-Booms for the rudder assembly are very delicate and need to be handled carefully.
