This is just perfect!  My son in law is a pilot for DAL and has flown this aircraft.  As a result, this is the perfect gift for him for Christmas.  Thank you so much Premium Wood Designs.  Could not have asked for better customer service, product and shipping.  Perfect transaction!!

I am completely satisfied with the Delta A-330 airplane I received from you all but a little disappointed with the communication. I ordered this product at the end of November with hopes that it would be my husbands Christmas gift while it did make it before I never received any updates about the progress. Which made me panic around the 12th of December so I called. No one reached out to me until I kept calling. Finally someone told me that it would be shipped on the 18th. I still did not get a tracking email or number si I called and emailed at that time I received a call back and an email. You all need to brush up on your communication skills!!
