I sent an email to your company on Oct 4 and have not received a response regarding the USS Virginia that I received broken in the mail. I submitted the email with photos. I request that a new item be shipped ASAP. I will be happy to resend the broken one in its place.

I was buying this for someone who works on Virginia class submarines, so I needed the model to be accurate. The good news is that it is completely up to spec, even up to a Navy officer’s standard. The service was great, and they got it shipped incredibly quickly. I got the gift, gave it as a present, and already received rave reviews. The price on this is great, especially when compared to comparable items.
