Thank you so much for such a superior product.  My son just graduated ETV Navigation school in the Navy and is looking forward to his first duty station on a submarine and was completely in aww of the beauty of his Virginia Class submarine.  I highly recommend this product and company!

I sent an email to your company on Oct 4 and have not received a response regarding the USS Virginia that I received broken in the mail. I submitted the email with photos. I request that a new item be shipped ASAP. I will be happy to resend the broken one in its place.
